2026 Civic Engagement Conference

The Kansas Volunteer Commission is excited to announce the 2026 Civic Engagement Conference. The conference will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Docking State Office Building, in Topeka, KS. The theme of the conference is “Empowering Kansans through Civic Engagement”.

The registration fee is $50.00. This fee includes a light breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, networking opportunities, and a service project.

Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and emailed to volunteer@ksde.gov with "Cancellation Request" or "Refund Request" in the subject line. The date of the cancellation will be the date the email is sent. It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm receipt of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for registrations canceled or created after 5 pm on September 28, 2026. Refunds will be issued via check within 60 days of the cancellation request.
